Today is World Suicide Prevention Day and we're supporting Samaritans #itsokaytotalk campaign.
Our dedicated suicide prevention and mental health team work closely with Samaritans and other organisations to help prevent suicide on the railway.
We strongly urge vulnerable people to reach out and talk; whether it's a family member, a friend or a work colleague.
